Marcel Boersma is a PhD candidate at the University of Amsterdam in the Computational Science group. His research interests include computational finance, econometrics, complex systems, financial systems, audits and financial statements. As a hobby he is interested in the field of Machine Learning especially Bayesian statistics and once in a while he likes to run advanced analysis on systems like spark.
